If you need many digital signals in a small space – complete valve terminals, rows of sensors or operator panels – the Solidot XB6S 32-channel digital modules are the most compact solution in the XB6S slice series: 32 points on a width of just 25 mm. Choose 32 inputs, 32 outputs or 16 inputs and 16 outputs on one module.

🏭 Typical applications

High signal density: sorting, packaging or assembly stations with many sensors and valves, without the station growing in width.
Operator panels and annunciators: connect large numbers of pushbuttons and indicator lamps close to the field.
Mixed stations: read sensors and switch actuators with the XB6S-1616B combination module – one module instead of two.
Save cabinet space: 32 channels per slice keep the station short and the parts list manageable.

🧩 Which variant?

Use the selection to choose 32 inputs (XB6S-3200), 32 outputs (XB6S-0032B) or the combination module with 16 inputs and 16 outputs (XB6S-1616B). If 16 channels are enough, the 16-channel modules are the more economical choice.

🌐 Fieldbus connection

The modules are not standalone fieldbus devices: they plug onto an XB6S bus coupler for PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP or Modbus TCP. The coupler handles communication with the controller, and the modules exchange their data with it via the X-bus.

🔧 Mounting and dimensions

35 mm DIN rail, dimensions 106 × 72 × 25 mm. Pluggable terminal block with spring-clamp terminals – snap on and wire without tools.
