If you are short a few channels on your Kinco GK2070HE, you do not need a second device: the GK20 modules plug straight into the two expansion slots and add digital, analog or temperature channels to the built-in PLC. No extra power supply, no jumper terminals, no changes to the base unit's wiring.
🏭 Typical applications
Retrofit in the field: the machine is running and two more sensors are needed. Add a GK20-04DI without rebuilding the cabinet.
Temperature control without a separate controller: GK20-02TC or GK20-02RD bring two measuring channels straight into the PLC — control and visualisation run on the same device.
Command signals for valves and drives: GK20-02AO provides two analog outputs in 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V or 1–5 V.
Volt-free loads: GK20-04XR switches four relay outputs where transistor outputs will not do.

🔧 Slots: two per device
EXP0: analog (IV), thermocouple (TC), RTD (RD), digital inputs (DI), digital outputs (DO) and the COM communication module.
EXP1: the same I/O modules plus the CAN communication module.
💡 That means a maximum of two modules at a time — and only one CAN and one COM module, because those two are tied to their respective slot.

The GK20 modules are designed for the Kinco GK series and fit the GK2070HE-42DTP. Everything is configured in KincoBuilder Pro alongside the base unit's application program — no separate configuration tool.
