⚙️ FV20-4T-0150G: 15 kW, three-phase 400 V AC

Vector-controlled frequency inverter for standard drives such as conveyors, pumps, fans and machine axes. Robust and easy to set up – ideal as a 1:1 replacement for an FV20 already in service.

Power: 15 kW at constant torque, output current 32 A, up to 18.5 kW for fan and pump loads
Control: sensorless vector control and V/f control; with the PG card also closed-loop vector control with encoder
Torque: 150 % starting torque at 0.5 Hz, overload 150 % for 1 minute and 180 % for 10 seconds

FInco FU FV20

Ich habe den Frequenzumformer bei einer Vakuumregelung eingebaut. Da ich bisher schon mit einen anderen Produkt scheiterte war ich anfangs sehr skeptisch ob dieser FU den Anforderungen entspricht. er muss das Vakuum sehr konstant halten und muss daher auf Druckschwankungen sofort reagieren. Das Problem ist jedoch, dass die Pumpe eine Minimaldrehzahl hat, die nicht unterschritten werden darf. Die anderen FU`s regelten intern weiter ab, dadurch ist die Ansprechzeit bei einer Schwankung wesentlich höher geworden. Dieses Gerät kann man so einstellen, dass diese Grenzen berücksichtigt werden. Es sind allgemein sehr viele Einstellmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Vor allen die Analogskalierungen und PID Regelung bieten viele Möglichkeiten. Man muss sich zwar das erste Mal einige Zeit einarbeiten, da die Parameter doch sehr umfangreich sind. Die Klemmen sind auch sehr gut zum Anschliessen. Es sind auch etwas dickere Drähte ohne weiteres möglich. Allgemein bin ich bis jetzt sehr zufrieden, er macht genau das was er soll. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist jedenfalls sehr gut. Hoffe das die Haltbarkeit auch gut ist.
