When a module string needs more current than the PLC or bus coupler can supply: the DT-7221 power feed module of the Odot D series refreshes the system and field supply in the middle of the string.

🏭 Typical applications

  • Long stations: new system supply for the backplane bus, max. 2 A at 5 V DC.
  • Many outputs: new field supply 24 V DC (19.2 V to 28.8 V) with max. 8 A.
  • Diagnostics: fault messages for system and field supply, reverse polarity and short-circuit protection.

  • Odot DU03L PLC (AIOSYS, PROFINET or EtherCAT master), up to 32 modules directly on the CPU
  • Odot DN bus couplers for remote I/O – Modbus TCP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, CC-Link IE Field Basic
