Want to run Odot D-series I/O modules not right next to the PLC, but distributed on the machine or in a sub-distribution board? Put a bus coupler in front of them. It connects up to 32 D-series modules via your controller's fieldbus, whether your PLC comes from Siemens, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Odot or another manufacturer. You simply choose the coupler with the right fieldbus.
🏭 Typical applications
Distributed I/O on the machine: Sensors and actuators are wired on site; only one network cable runs to the PLC.
Extending existing systems: If a Siemens, Beckhoff or Mitsubishi controller runs out of channels, add them via PROFINET, EtherCAT or CC-Link IE Field Basic without replacing the PLC.
Fast processes: The dual, redundant backplane bus of the D series updates all modules in 0.6 ms, even when fully populated.
Control and SCADA systems: Via Modbus TCP, up to 10 clients can query the data directly at the same time.

DN-8031 Modbus TCP: server for up to 10 clients, 8192 bytes of input and output data each
DN-8032-L PROFINET: IO device with RT from 1 ms cycle time, 1440 bytes of input and output data each, without IRT and MRP
DN-8033 EtherCAT: slave, 1024 bytes of input and output data each
DN-8034 EtherNet/IP: adapter, 1024 bytes of input and output data each
DN-8037 CC-Link IE Field Basic: RX/RY up to 1024 bits, RWr/RWw up to 512 words, occupies 1 to 16 stations
All couplers have 2 RJ45 ports with an integrated switch for daisy-chaining in line topology. IP address, device name or station address are set via DIP switch or software.
💡 Device description files: GSDML, ESI, EDS or CSPP files for integration into your PLC software are available in the Downloads tab of each coupler. You configure the I/O modules with the Odot software IO Config.
