⚙️ INVT GD20: 0.4 to 11 kW, 230 V single-phase or 400 V three-phase
Compact vector-controlled frequency inverter for conveyors, pumps, fans and simple machine axes. If you need a replacement for an existing GD20 installation, you can take over wiring and parameters 1:1.
Control: V/f and sensorless vector control (SVC), autotuning, 0 Hz to 400 Hz
Overload: 150 % for 60 s, 180 % for 10 s, 200 % for 1 s
Safety: STO – SIL2 / PL d up to 2.2 kW, SIL3 / PL e from 4 kW
Braking: built-in brake chopper – all you need is an external braking resistor on PB/(+).
I/O: 4 digital inputs plus high-speed input up to 50 kHz (PNP or NPN via jumper), 2 analog inputs (AI2 0 V to 10 V or 0 mA to 20 mA, AI3 −10 V to +10 V), 1 to 2 analog outputs, 1 to 2 relays, 1 transistor output (second AO and second relay from 4 kW)
Communication: RS-485 with Modbus RTU
EMC: C3 filter built in from 4 kW (400 V), available as an accessory for smaller models
Environment: IP20, −10 °C to +50 °C (derating 1 % per °C above +40 °C)
