Ten inches of display area, three serial interfaces and one network port: the Kinco F2100E is the device for plants whose peripherals are wired serially and that do not need network separation — with the same quad-core CPU and the same software as the large F2 models.
🏭 Typical applications
Legacy serial equipment with a large display: three COM ports at 10 inches — the most affordable entry when Modbus RTU, an old drive and a scale all need to be connected at once.
Retrofit inside the cabinet: the 260 × 202 mm cut-out matches the classic Kinco 10-inch dimension — when swapping devices within the Kinco range the cut-out usually stays unchanged.
Operation with gloves: resistive touch responds to pressure, not to skin contact. Works with safety gloves, wet fingers and a stylus.
Plants without network separation: if the machine and office network are the same, the second Ethernet port is an unnecessary surcharge — the F2100E leaves it out.
🖥️ Display and performance
The 10.1" TFT with 1024 × 600 pixels offers roughly twice the display area of a 7-inch model at the same resolution — fonts and controls get larger, not more numerous. Exactly right for plants operated from several metres away. 300 cd/m² is sufficient indoors; for direct sunlight, choose a brighter form factor.

The 4-wire resistive touch responds to mechanical pressure. It works with safety gloves, with wet fingers and with any stylus — exactly where capacitive panels give up.
