Eight analog channels on 25 mm of rail width, right at the machine instead of in the main cabinet. That saves you long measuring cables and the bus coupler along with them — electronics, PROFINET port and pluggable terminals sit in one housing.

PN4-A80I: 8 current inputs, selectable 0 – 20 mA or 4 – 20 mA, input impedance 100 Ω
PN4-A08V: 8 voltage outputs, load impedance ≥ 2 kΩ
PN4-A08I: 8 current outputs, load impedance ≤ 200 Ω
16 bit resolution, ±0.1 % accuracy, sampling rate ≤ 1 ksps. The measuring range is parameterised per channel in the PROFINET project.

🔗 Compatibility
The code value ranges cover both common formats: 0 – 27648 and -27648 – +27648 as used by Siemens, or the full 16 bit scaling 0 – 65535. Blocks from existing S7 projects keep working without rescaling. The module is integrated via its GSDML — with Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500, CODESYS, Beckhoff TwinCAT and any other PROFINET master.
🔧 Mounting and commissioning
The module clips onto a 35 mm DIN rail. The terminal blocks are pluggable — you wire them up in the cabinet and plug them on afterwards. To swap a module in the field you pull the block, take the device out and plug the block back on: not a single wire is disconnected.
