You want to capture or output 4 analog signals where they occur — and integrate them into your CC-Link line without a bus coupler or an extra analog card in the main cabinet. The CC4 analog module packs electronics, CC-Link port and 4 channels into one housing 25 mm wide, available as voltage or current version.
🏭 Typical applications
Process values in a Mitsubishi environment: read pressure transmitters, level probes or flow meters with 4 – 20 mA on site and process the value directly in the master.
Setpoints for drives and valves: set speed or position via 0 – 10 V or 4 – 20 mA without routing an analog channel back to the main cabinet.
Expanding an existing CC-Link line: when the analog cards on the central rack are taken, the extra channels join the network as another station.
🔌 Versions with 4 channels
CC4-A40V: 4 analog voltage inputs: −10 V to +10 V, 0 – 5 V or 1 – 5 V
CC4-A40I: 4 analog current inputs: 4 – 20 mA or 0 – 20 mA
CC4-A04V: 4 analog voltage outputs: −10 V to +10 V, 0 – 5 V or 1 – 5 V
CC4-A04I: 4 analog current outputs: 4 – 20 mA or 0 – 20 mA
You select the range per channel via the range word; from the factory, voltage modules are set to −10 V to +10 V and current modules to 4 – 20 mA. For noisy signals, a moving average over 4, 8, 16 or 32 values can be enabled per channel. A 4-channel analog module occupies one station (remote device station).

Diagnostics: a green LED for every channel, plus PWR, RUN and ERR on the housing
🔗 Compatibility
The CC4 works as an ordinary CC-Link slave and can be configured on all common CC-Link masters. Setup is done via the network parameters on the master — the manual walks through it step by step using a Mitsubishi Q series with GX Works2 as the example. No vendor software, no licence.
🔧 Mounting and commissioning
The module clips onto a 35 mm DIN rail. The terminal blocks are pluggable — you wire them up in the cabinet and plug them on afterwards. To swap a module in the field you pull the block, replace the device and plug the block back on without disconnecting a single wire. Set baud rate and station number on the rotary switches before powering up; after a change, switch the module off and on once. Both ends of the bus need a terminating resistor between DA and DB (110 Ω with the standard cable).
🏷️ Manufacturer and availability
Solidot (Nanjing Solidot Electronic Technology) has been building remote I/O and fieldbus components for industrial series use for years. The CC4 series is the CC-Link sibling of EC4 (EtherCAT), EI4 (EtherNet/IP) and PN4 (PROFINET) — same housing, same terminals, just a different fieldbus. spstiger is the importer of the series in the EU; technical questions are answered by us directly, without a detour via the manufacturer.
