Assembled, shielded Ethernet cable with an M12 connector (D-coded, 4-pin) on both ends. It connects two IP67 devices directly in the field — for example module to module in a line — without routing through the control cabinet and without manual assembly.

Connecting the Solidot IP67 modules (EC7A, PN7A, IOL7) to each other.
Field wiring between IP67 devices with an M12 D-coded socket when the whole link runs outside the control cabinet.
🧵 PVC or PUR — which one
PVC: for fixed installation in dry, mechanically calm environments.
PUR: abrasion- and oil-resistant, for moving installation and rough machine environments.

M12 D-coded, 4-pin, male on both ends — the standard for 100 Mbps industrial Ethernet in the field.
Shielded, green jacket, IP67 on both ends. Rated voltage 250 V, rated current 4 A.

⚠️ Limits stated honestly
Male to male: fits only devices with an M12 D-coded socket. For the transition into the control cabinet, use the Solidot cable M12 D-coded to RJ45.
D-coding is not compatible with A-coded sensor cables — mechanically distinct codings, by design.
4-pin, 100 Mbps — no gigabit links (that would require X-coding).
