24 months warranty
We believe in the quality of our products. That's why, even as a B2B shop, we offer a 24-month warranty on all devices. Good product quality is important to us, which is why we select manufacturers and items in our range with care and test all devices and also obtain customer feedback.
Even with the best manufacturers, mistakes happen. In rare cases, it can therefore happen that a device is defective during the warranty period. Most of these rare cases are undiscovered hardware faults that did not cause a failure during the quality check in the factory, but which occur shortly after commissioning. In such a case, please contact us by email to make sure that it really is a defect. Then simply send the unit back to us with a description of the fault:

We will then deliver a replacement unit or repair the unit as quickly as possible.
Spare parts and repairs
The most frequent reason for a breakdown is damage to the equipment during operation or during installation and commissioning. Such things happen quickly in the heat of business. Especially with touch panels, mechanical damage to the touch surface occurs from time to time.
We are happy to offer repairs and spare parts for our units at fair prices. The front with touch unit, for example, is usually available as a spare part for our HMIs, just like mounting brackets, plugs or other small parts. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can also repair defective PLCs, e.g. where inputs or outputs have burnt out due to overload.
We think repairing instead of buying new is good. Of course, it would be better for our turnover to buy a new device, but we prefer to protect the environment and your project budget. That makes us feel better.
