The Lilliput TK1850/T is a touch screen for industrial and outdoor use. It is connected via an HDMI interface or another device, the touch connection is connected via USB and behaves on the PC like a mouse or similar input. The device has no CPU or intelligence, it is purely a monitor.
The monitor is very well suited for suitable iPCs or Raspberry Pi and also very well suited for Kinco xF-SiHMI (resolution fits exactly with 1920 x 1080).
